Spinning 2012 by Big Wave Gaming
Out of Big Wave Gaming's lineup, 2012 holds its own as a favorite. This is why. The theme builds on ancient Mayan culture, and it lands better than expected. This review breaks down the reels section by section next.
On the Reels
The symbol art includes leopard, parrot, flower, idol and bowl — on-theme and clear even at fast spin settings. Big Wave Gaming cast the sun god as the wild. Bonus-trigger duty belongs to the pyramid — position does not count, only the number. Having both in play, 2012 holds each spin loaded with possibility.
Feature Play
Land three or more pyramid scatter symbols and 2012's Free Games with Win Multiplier kicks in — arguably the slot's best stretch. Bonus pacing felt fair across our test spins — neither starved nor flooded.
Stakes, Paylines and Wins
High rollers get real headroom here: bets scale all the way from 0.10 to 30000 a spin. Over 30 lines on 5 reels, hit frequency stayed steady throughout testing. As with any slot: luck decides short sessions — bet within a set budget.
Playing It Online
Nearly all rooms running Big Wave Gaming will stock it — start at candy casino. A demo mode lets you learn the pay table risk-free — use it. For variety, alternate between The Maiden and The Swordsman or Reel Fruits — similar mechanics, different themes.
